Gulfcoast legal Services provides housing assistance in four offices to low income people clients and people 60 years old and older without regard to income levels.  Those offices are located in Bradenton, Clearwater, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg.  The type of cases handled are :

Foreclosure Defense for your homestead
Foreclosure Counseling
Preservation of your homestead  from predatory lending.  See link to Foreclosure Fraud Project in Pinellas (below).*
Eviction defense
Wrongful eviction, due to prohibited conduct, eg., locked out by your landlord or having the electricity or water shut off to make you leave.
Public Housing or Subsidized Housing matters
Public Housing or Subsidized Housing preservation
Section 8 Housing
Mobile Home Park Eviction defense or
Mobile Home Park Closing
